As a wife and mother of three and a business owner I know first hand how difficult it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family. After years of dealing with Hashimotos and never feeling better I wanted to take my health care into my own hands. I started this journey to heal myself as well as to prevent my own children from having the same difficulties.
